1 Chair's introduction (09:00 - 09:05)

• The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting and noted apologies from Jennifer Long.
• The Chair noted recent staffing changes within the secretariat and wider team.
• The Board agreed the minutes of the March meeting.

Action:

• Secretariat to publish the minutes for the meeting held on 12 and 13 March 2025.

2 Review of the Determination for the Seventh Senedd: Consultation Part Two (09:05-10:30)

• The Board considered the responses to the Consultation on Part Two of the review of the Determination for the Seventh Senedd, focusing on Members Remuneration, Additional Support and Staffing Support.

The Board agreed to consider a number of proposals further at the next meeting with a view to taking final decisions at the July meeting

• The Board considered the cost assumptions for the Determination for the Seventh Senedd and agreed to consider further at a future meeting.

4 Determination for the Seventh Senedd: Publication and Simplification (11:35 - 11:50)

• The Board considered its approach to publishing the Determination for the Seventh Senedd and agreed to consider further at the next meeting.

5 Update Paper (11.50)

• The Board noted updates on various matters relevant to its work and its forward work programme.
